The PCOE State and Federal Programs Network meets monthly following the CDE State and Federal Directors meeting. We provide current and accurate information for program directors responsible for oversight of federal categorical programs and state requirements. Meetings include pertinent and timely information on topics related to categorical needs, programs, compliance, and other related items. In addition, the meetings provide an opportunity to meet and share ideas with people who have similar responsibilities within other Local Educational Agencies (LEAs).

The LCAP IMPACT Collaborative is a quarterly leadership space designed to strengthen the coherence and implementation of LCAP across programs and departments. Meeting four times per year, this collaborative brings together assistant superintendents, directors, program leaders, and staff responsible for advancing LCAP goals and aligned state and federal initiatives. The purpose is not to create additional work, but to strengthen alignment across the work already underway. Together, participants will:
Each session will provide structured time for collaborative problem-solving, peer learning, and practical application. Participants are encouraged to bring examples of systems, tools, and practices that are working in their districts to support collective learning across the group. While individual leaders are welcome, the Collaborative is designed to support cross-departmental alignment and shared ownership. Districts may find the greatest benefit in attending with a small team of leaders connected to LCAP planning and implementation.
