Integrated PBIS Tier 2 training consists of four days of team training that guides teams in developing the systems and interventions for students who require additional support beyond Tier 1. School site intervention teams will learn to identify students in need of additional support through screening, data use and a request for assistance process. They will also learn to select and effectively use evidence-based interventions that match the needs of identified students. Interventions covered will include those that address Social-Emotional-Behavioral (SEB) skills teaching (e.g., social skills groups, emotional regulation groups, executive functioning skills groups) as well as those intended to support SEB performance and generalization (e.g,. Check in-Check out, self-monitoring, pre-correction, and peer mentoring). A representative intervention team from the school site attends the training and then facilitates and leads Tier 2 implementation at the site. Click here for a list of who typically makes up the Tier 2 team. Readiness recommendation: Completion of PBIS Tier 1 Training or Tier 1 TFI score of 50% or higher. Participating sites/districts will be sent registration links approximately 2 weeks before the first day of training. *Registration is REQUIRED to attend. More
